We are pleased to welcome Delilah Panio to the Board of Directors of the Canadian International Professionals Association.
Delilah brings 25 years of capital markets experience. She currently serves as Vice President of U.S. Capital Formation for Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV), based in Southern California. Her responsibilities include advising U.S. companies on listing and capital-raising opportunities on Canadian equity markets. Previously, she spent a decade at TSX and TSXV in Toronto handling business development and strategy, advising companies "from bootstrapping to I.P.O. and of private and public financing options in Canada and the U.S."
She founded Fortuna Funding to guide founders, particularly women, on accessing capital. She is an active investor, speaker, and Coralus Activator, partnering with UBS Women's Wealth on Project Female Founder and managing their global investor-readiness program.
Her board roles include Heart of the Wild and the Etheridge Foundation Advisory Board. She co-founded and advises We Are Enough, which educates women on investing in women-led businesses.
Her credentials include an MBA in Enterprise Development, BA in English, and certification as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner.
