CIPA connects the international business community with the people, places, and opportunities that make Canada one of the world's most compelling destinations for investment and growth. We work with governments, economic development agencies, and professional services firms to make sure our members always have current, credible information when they need it.
From a meeting room in New York to a boardroom in Singapore, Canadian international professionals carry their country with them. CIPA helps them stay connected to what Canada has to offer, and helps Canada stay connected to them.
Canada has earned its place as one of the most stable, open, and highly educated markets in the world. Low corporate tax rates, universal healthcare that reduces employer burden, a deep talent pipeline, and direct access to both the United States and Asia-Pacific markets make Canada a natural base for companies thinking globally. Whether you are a company exploring North American expansion, a fund seeking a credible regulatory environment, or an entrepreneur looking for a city where talent and livability intersect, Canada competes. Our members know this from direct experience, and they talk about it.
We give federal, provincial, and municipal economic development agencies direct access to our member network through curated content, newsletters, and events.
We connect companies and entrepreneurs with vetted service providers: legal, immigration, tax, banking, and real estate expertise to make a Canadian launch credible and efficient.
Our members are senior professionals with established networks. When they champion a region, it carries weight that a cold pitch never does.
Our Canadian Heritage Committee actively promotes what makes Canada worth investing in, from its culture and talent to its values and institutions.
We list Canadian economic development agencies at no cost. An agency that joins CIPA as a company member is shown as an official partner. Tell us about yours and we will add it once we have checked it.
